Printing Methods Explained
My preferred method of prints is DTF. More times than not this is what I will use unless you specify otherwise.
DTF - Direct to Film

- Digitally printed with white ink
- High quality
- Detailed, full color
- Soft to touch feel
- Works on any shirt
Sublimation
- Process of dying ink into the fabric
- Full color design
- Can not feel
- Light colors work best, DARK COLORS NEED TO BE BLEACHED
- Shirt needs to have a high polyester count

Screen Print
- In short, painted on with stencil
- 1 color, simple design
- Various colors
- Absorbed into fabric

Vinyl
- Sheet Vinyl that is machine cut
- 1 color, simple design
- Various colors and patterns of vinyl
- Sits on top of fabric
- Can feel stiff
- Works on all shirts
