Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

NO REFUNDS OR CANCELATIONS

All items are made to order therefore once orders are placed we do not offer any refunds or cancelations.

However If there is an issue with the item please message us within 24 hours of the Carriers scanned delivery time and we can discuss possible options.

 

We process orders in the same order they are received. If you need your items by a specific date, please be sure to order with plenty of time.

RETURN SHIPPING

Please be sure to give the correct information at checkout! This is very important as all items are made to order and we do not offer refunds.

If there is an error due to the customer then the customer will be responsible for purchasing a new shipping label in order for us to resend the item to correct address. 

If a package is refused or returned to us we will NOT credit back shipping cost and we will deduct a restocking fee of $5.00 from the total.
